A. Objectives:
To provide vocational training on the area for which the deaf could have some job opportunities.

B. Plan of Action:
1. To train clients to acquire the following skills;
a. Dressmaking and Tailoring
b. Bag and Rugmaking
c. Wooderaft
d. Watch and Shoe-repairing
e. Electronics
f. Typing
g. Culinary and Food preservation

2. Survey market possibilities and stimulate the setting up of home industries

where products have greatest marketability.

3. Develop quality products and coordinate with market outlets.
